Celero announces hire of director of digital transformation

Calgary, AB (September 7, 2018) – Celero, the leading provider of IT solutions to credit unions across Canada, announced that Deborah Moore is joining the team as the Director of Digital Transformation. Deborah brings extensive experience in leading credit union digital transformation. In her new role, she will help credit unions on their digital journey including roadmap strategies, process improvements, and mapping omnichannel member experience journeys.

Moore joins Celero after leading digital transformation at Vancity Credit Union. In her most recent role as Director of Member Solutions, she led digital, payments, core product and user experience teams to deliver innovative solutions and transform business processes. Moore spearheaded user-centric design at Vancity and is passionate about designing experiences and solutions that meet member and community needs.

Moore holds a Masters of Management in Co-operatives and Credit Unions from Saint Mary’s University. She has achieved numerous digital firsts, and was awarded the National Credit Union Innovation Award for end-to-end digital lending.
