Improved Client Extranet now live! Celero app contest winner!

Improvements in Celero’s digital communication channels continue to happen with the Celero Client Extranet and Celero Client Portal merging into a single secure access website on July 31. We combined the two sites so you have just one location to access critical information for products and service and still maintain a customized view of your bulletins and alerts.

To keep things simple, we’re calling the site the Celero Client Extranet and keeping the address the same too: https://extranet.celero.ca

The new site is mobile-friendly, easier to navigate and establishes a foundation we can leverage to add new features that enhance communications with you.

The new extranet uses the same login credential as the Celero Client Portal and Celero app, which launched back in April. If you can’t remember your password, there is an option to reset it and have a new one emailed to you. If you try to reset your password and you receive an error message saying “your account is not in our system” you will need to request registration. If this is the case, your request will be sent to Client Care and they will get you set up as quickly as possible.

If you haven’t already, we strongly encourage you to download the Celero app. It provides a mobile personalized view of current Celero bulletins, system alerts and news. The app can also provide notifications when there are high priority client care updates. Just search for “Celero Solutions” in the Google Play and Apple app stores.
