Bob Reczka, CEO

Since joining Celero in 2006, Bob has led all of the divisions of Celero, gaining deep insight into how Celero creates and delivers value for its customers. Combining his deep knowledge of the organization with a clear view of client needs, Bob is committed to the role of championing Celero’s vision of being the leading provider of technology solutions to the financial services industry. Bob is highly focused on steering and executing on Celero’s business strategy and empowering the Celero team to deliver service excellence.

A technology industry veteran with three decades of experience, Bob has held numerous executive positions and has assisted organizations across North America and Europe with transforming their service delivery.
 

Simon Vincent

Executive Vice President, Banking and Omnichannel Solutions

In his role as Executive Vice President, Banking and Omnichannel Solutions, Simon Vincent is accountable for delivering highly reliable core banking and omnichannel solutions and services to enable credit unions to deliver an innovative and seamless service experience to their members - anywhere, anytime, and across multiple service channels.

Simon is an accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience in marketing, sales, operations, total quality management, human resources leadership and organizational transformation in highly competitive sectors.

Len Hendricks

Chief Technology Officer

Len is accountable for all of Celero’s technology infrastructure and operations and guides the strategic direction and investment of Celero’s technology roadmap. In this role, Len is responsible for leading the technology services team to provide Celero customers, partners and employees with reliable, scalable and innovative technology solutions and ensure Celero’s systems are resilient and secure.

A proven innovator in bridging business opportunity and technology, Len’s prior experience includes senior leadership of product and service development, procurement and vendor management at Celero, as well as senior leadership roles in the technology and telecommunications industries.

Tom Papagiannopoulos

Senior Vice President, Outsourcing and Managed Services

Tom Papagiannopoulos has helped position Celero to become a key player in the Canadian financial technology sector since joining Celero in 2011. Tom provides leadership for a wide range of services to our clients and staff nationally. His role spans managed services, network and hosting services, IT help desk and desktop support, application management and technical support as well as risk mitigation and disaster recovery services. Tom is also responsible for overseeing Celero’s outsourcing services, providing Celero clients with subject matter expertise and improving the quality of their IT delivery.

Elliott Lipsey

Senior Vice President National Consulting and Procurement Services (NCPS)

NCPS provides strategic, business, and procurement advice for Canadian credit unions. In his role, Elliott leads a national team of experienced consultants and specialists in delivering professional services and training solutions. As trusted advisors, Elliott’s team assists Canadian credit unions to compete more effectively, operate more profitably and leverage technology to benefit from its full potential. In addition, Elliott oversees Celero’s procurement group and is leading the development of a national procurement organization on behalf of Canadian credit unions to provide scale pricing, enhanced vendor management and a more efficient buying process.

Elliott is an award-winning technology industry veteran with over 30 years of experience leading large and small financial service companies through cultural change, business turnarounds and growth. Elliott joined Celero in 2015.

Gerry Cox

Chief People and Culture Officer

In his role as Chief People and Culture Officer, Gerry is responsible for ensuring Celero attracts and retains the top talent required to propel Celero’s business forward, advance Celero’s human resource programs to support its long-term position as one of Canada’s top IT organizations and nurture a workplace culture in which Celero team members can thrive and grow their careers.

Gerry has more than 25 years of experience in all facets of human resource management in the public and private sectors.
